Comprehensive and extensive expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM),
 telephony systems, meeting technology, and various video conferencing solutions (VC).
• Thorough and in-depth knowledge of voice, video and cloud collaboration applications and
systems
 and their integration with Microsoft collaboration services.
• Very good understanding of Microsoft 365 and its integration with Cisco telephony system.
• Very good understanding of project and service management methodologies.
• Able to work with geographically dispersed team to effectively support many systems and users.
• Adaptability and flexibility for working in complex and changing environment and under
pressure.
• Creativity in approach to new challenges, both technological and organizational.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain system design and maintenance plans
