- Monitor, review and evaluate post implementation adoption to ensure data is migrated, setup and managed appropriately
- Ensure data requirements are in-line with the overall business strategy
- Lead a team of business analysts, developers and testers to migrate data from legacy systems into the future solution (i.e., Connect, Origination, Odessa, Exact, DWH).
- Provide direction to a business Local Champions and SMEs where required for business activities i.e., data cleansing
- Work closely with Change Management team, legacy support teams and apply Global template standards and methodologies to execute 100% error free data migration of customer data
Specific Responsibilities:
Tool TALEND or SSIS
- Managing the development, support maintenance of
- Data Warehouse
- Contributing to data migration activities from design to development
- Co-ordinate with configuration team for data migration activities
- Proficient in creating and managing the ETL (SSIS) Packages, Jobs.
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Performance Optimization in stored procedures/ ETL packages
- Deploying and managing the Packages.
- Managing the daily flows
- An ability to independently research and troubleshoot any complex ETL Issue
- Resolving the issues/incidents raised by users.
- Assisting with the functional spec and working alongside the ETL developer (based in Bangalore/India) to do the technical mapping exercise including RCA analysis, upgrade analysis of the SQl views
- Contribute to reporting requirements
- Assistance in investigation of data quality issues between local and Central MIS data
