We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Cloud Services Manager to lead a dynamic

team of 30-50 professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure

management, cloud services, and IT service delivery, with a proven track record of driving

operational excellence in Data Center (DC) operations, Service Desk, Field Service, and Digital

Workplace environments. Prior experience working with offshore teams would be a strong value

add.

Key Responsibilities:

o Support the Client team in the learning to collaborate with offshore teams

o Own the Transition plan of services from Client & Local Vendors to ITC Infotech

 Service Delivery Management:

o Oversee the delivery of IT services across Data Center operations, Service Desk,

Field Service, and Digital Workplace initiatives.

o Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established SLAs and

quality standards.

 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement

in service delivery and operational processesTeam Leadership:

o Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a

collaborative and high-performance culture.

o Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews

to ensure team members achieve their goals.

 Stakeholder Engagement:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external

partners to ensure alignment of IT services with business needs.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions

regarding IT service delivery.

 Travel Requirements:

 Travel frequently across the Netherlands to visit service delivery sites, engage

with teams, and meet stakeholders.

 Adapt to changing travel schedules and locations as necessary to ensure

effective management and oversight

Qualifications:

 Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related

field. Master’s degree preferred.

 Experience:

o Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services

management,

o Proven experience in delivering IT services in Data Center, Service Desk, Field

Service, and Digital Workplace environments.

 Technical Skills:

o Good knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and

infrastructure technologies.

Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

 Leadership Skills:

o Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

o Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

 Certifications:

o Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft

Azure Certification) are a plus.
