Business Alignment:
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes from process mining initiatives.
- Identify areas where process mining can bring the most tangible value, such as cost savings, efficiency gains, or improved customer experiences.
Value Proposition Development:
- Based on process insights, define clear value propositions, emphasizing tangible benefits like ROI, reduced process times, or cost savings.
- Present the business case for process changes or enhancements derived from process mining insights.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Ensure that the process mining solution design aligns with the areas of highest business value.
- Oversee the technical implementation, ensuring that it stays focused on the identified value propositions.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Regularly communicate with senior management and other stakeholders about the value being derived from the process mining initiatives.
- Translate technical insights into business language, focusing on the tangible benefits and outcomes.
- Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, business analysts, and process owners to ensure smooth implementation and utilization of process mining solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors or consultants if third-party solutions are being utilized
