Windows 11 Migration – Programme Co-Ordinator

o Upkeep/ admin of our migration tracking tool (Management Studio) and future improvements (e.g.
permissioning, working with vendor on new development requirements, liaising with project team to
prioritise new requests)
o Assist with updates to programme communications templates and presentation decks
o Assist with Risks & Issues tracking in a project Kanban Board
o Run quarterly retrospectives with the global project team and assist with tracking recommended
actions
o Facilitate updates to technical and project process documentation (i.e. internal project team process
and procedures, training guides, how to guides for end users etc)
o Regular status reporting via Portfolio Management system (Smartsheets)

Skillsets Details:

o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent organisational skills
o Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management
o Ability to cope under pressure
o Basic project management/ project planner experience required
o Experience with a previous large scale Windows or equivalent migration project preferred
o Experience with Smartsheets or Azure Dev Ops (ADO) a plus
o PRINCE 2, PMP or Scrum Master qualification a plus
