-With a robust background as a Program Manager and Technology Agile Lead, expectation is for the individual to have a steadfast commitment to excellence in driving Agile transformations, enhancing engineering and delivery processes.
-The candidate must have excellent customer relationship and people management skills, ensuring that strategic objectives are met with efficiency and adaptability.
-- The individual should be Agile certified (CSM, SAFe). Hence by leveraging the extensive knowledge of Scrum, SAFe and Kanban methodologies, continuous improvement and innovation within the organization needs to be implemented.
