Job Title: Azure PaaS Admin
Primary Skill (Technical Skill): Azure SME
Secondary Skill (Optional but good to have): Azure stack Hub, DevOps & Infra Automation
Role & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for developing technical, strategic & operational documents and resource provisioning as per customer requirement.
· Conduct POC’s for various use cases of Azure Public cloud and Azure stack Hub
· Management of overall Azure cloud foundation element, Azure cloud IaaS & PaaS offerings in customer environment for manage services engagement.
· Ensure to meet Azure cloud infra resources availability as per agreed SLA.
· Management of containers in Azure cloud / application/PaaS environment using native and third party tools for management.
· Schedule and run automated backup/restore jobs, integrated system monitoring and automated resources patching.
· Optimize overall cloud resources usage, implementing best practices.
Mandatory Skills:
· Cloud- Microsoft Azure – In depth knowledge & working experience on Azure Subscription, Azure Network,
· Azure Active Directory, Express route, Azure security center, RBAC, Compute, memory, storage, HA, DR & back up as Solution Architect.
· Experience in provisioning of PaaS & Data Services including Azure App Services, Azure function, Azure key vault, Logic App, Azure SQL DB, Azure Data Bricks, Azure Data Lake, Azure Cosmos DB etc.
· Should be conversant with using these services in Applications.
· Experienced in scripting with PowerShell / Python, REST, Azure CLI
· Hands on experience of managing Azure cloud on Infra as a code (IAC) mode using Azure blue prints, ARM templates third party tools like Terraform & Ansible for resource provisioning & configuration management.
· Work experience on Azure native tools like Azure monitor, Azure Policy, Azure Update, Azure security center, Azure cost management etc.
· Knowledge & work experience of CI/CD pipeline, tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Azure Devops & AKS
