Job purpose: Capture project requirements to ensure the solution meets the project requirements. Key member in the launch of a projects regarding RFP, SOW and other key launch activities.
Job duties and responsibilities:
o Act as sparring partner for BPs for road mapping.
o Assist BP in Business Case facilitation / completion.
o Requirement creation and owning throughout the project.
o Validation Support (identification and review of test cases) and Conduct UAT.
o Knowledge Management Documentation handover to service.
o Supporting RFP & SOW activities.
o Challenge/ facilitate process BP/BA.
o Bring in knowledge as a SME as part of the project implementation.
o Support configuration.
o Work with business partner and business owner to represent data domain and make connection to system landscape.
o Challenge existing processes of business.
Experience & Education:
o 5-8 years in an IT, Pharma or Lab Sciences environment as a business analyst or similar position. o Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
