Product Owner

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.

· Prioritize and manage product backlog based on business value and user feedback.

· Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

· Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

· Act as a bridge between business, design, and development teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.

· Champion customer-centricity and user experience excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile software development.

· Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

· Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus.
