Product Manager - SuccessFactors

Job Description:

  1. Working with HR leaders and architects to define and prioritize a product backlog that will maximize improvements to meet objectives and key results.
  2. Improve employee experience and reduce technical debt.
  3. Leading an Agile team to maximize velocity, identify opportunities for improvement and promoting a culture of customer centricity across the delivery team.
  4. Driving innovation and proof of concepts to help shape HR vision and roadmap.
  5. Day to day management and development of the emerging talent.

Requirements:

  1. 10 to 15 years of experience in delivering ERP ( both On Premise and Cloud ) with emphasis on the SaaS solutions
  2. Experience and Knowledge of HR systems
  3. Knowledge on SuccessFactors viz. Employee Central, Talent Modules
  4. Familiar with integration technologies viz. SAP CPI, Integration Centre and APIs
  5. Expert knowledge on Active Directory Integration, Reporting (Tableau)
  6. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
