Product Manager - SuccessFactors
Job Description:
- Working with HR leaders and architects to define and prioritize a product backlog that will maximize improvements to meet objectives and key results.
- Improve employee experience and reduce technical debt.
- Leading an Agile team to maximize velocity, identify opportunities for improvement and promoting a culture of customer centricity across the delivery team.
- Driving innovation and proof of concepts to help shape HR vision and roadmap.
- Day to day management and development of the emerging talent.
Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in delivering ERP ( both On Premise and Cloud ) with emphasis on the SaaS solutions
- Experience and Knowledge of HR systems
- Knowledge on SuccessFactors viz. Employee Central, Talent Modules
- Familiar with integration technologies viz. SAP CPI, Integration Centre and APIs
- Expert knowledge on Active Directory Integration, Reporting (Tableau)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
