Required Skills and Qualifications
· 7-14 years of experience in T24 core banking system.
· Strong proficiency in T24 core banking software, including T24 Transact, InfoBasic, and related modules.
· In-depth knowledge of T24 architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
· Experience in T24 implementation, integration, and customization projects.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to lead and mentor a team of T24 developers or Support associates.
· Project management skills and experience.
· Understanding of financial industry regulations and compliance requirements.
· Proven track record of successful T24 project delivery.

Desired Skills
· Experience with T24 Temenos Application Framework (TAF) and Temenos Architect.
· Knowledge of other banking systems and applications.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies.
· Certifications in T24 or related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

o Provide technical leadership and guidance to the T24 development team.
