Role and Responsibilities:
- CRM to Microsoft Dynamics integration is must and candidates must have Microsoft Dynamics hands on experience.
- Excellent business analysis and PM skills coupled with excellent techniques and ideally with some methodology.
- Ability to analyze the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Sales & Customer Services / Post Sales)
- BA will perform analytics part
- Understanding of Customer Journey & Processes
- As-Is/ To-Be process mapping
- Ability to streamline processes
- Strong Documentation Management Experience
- Align internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies/ requirements/ processes.
- Ability to run workshops and training sessions to ensure that everyone is on board and understands the processes involved
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience of working with a CRM system - ideally with MS Dynamics CE –
- Ability to discover and implement new requirements into future design
- Ability to write complete user stories to illustrate the requirements for new feature so that Dev team can understand and estimate the work to be done
- Ability to support CRM IT PM to plan development and roll out of new CRM features
- Ability to support Product Owner in the agile build and management of the CRM backlog
- Ability to support CRM team during testing phase of each release by writing business scenarios in accordance with the relevant business process and solution design
- Ability to capture enhancement requirements from the support cases and create user story that can be added to the CRM backlog
