Role and Responsibilities:


Responsible to ensure program objectives are on track, governance between customer, onshore and offshore team, accountability for service performance and customer expectations and financial prudence.
This SME will be working from customer's Belgium office

As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for service delivery for a number of customers with a focus on Service Level Agreements, Change Management and Continuous Improvement in terms of service. All this results in a tailor-made Service Delivery Plan.
You have a minimum of 10 years' experience in D365
Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus.
You are strong in process-based work, organisational development and setting up the necessary service reporting. You also work strongly proactively in this.
This plan is dynamically updated according to the customer's emphasis. Among other things, you focus on ways of communicating, cooperating, improvements, etc.
You are responsible for the correct charging of the services offered, you keep an eye on the agreed budget and negotiate the necessary budget adjustments with the customer
