Job Description

Test Yantra Software Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate who has experience in the European market within the professional services/Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our business expansion efforts in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the European professional services sector.
• Develop and implement tailored business development strategies to penetrate the market effectively.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers in target organizations to generate leads.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery and pre-sales, to create customized solutions for clients.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns and materials.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven experience in business development in the UK / European market, preferably in the professional services domain.
• Strong knowledge of the European business landscape, cultural nuances, and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho/Salesforce or any similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
