Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for self-service platforms or similar digital products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and web/mobile best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing to drive design improvements.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment, delivering iterative design solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
