Position Details:

We are seeking a program manager to be part of a Strategic engagement through solid leadership and delivery management skills. This

Would be a position with high visibility to work with senior stakeholders to influence key decisions, opportunity to work with technology leaders and an enthusiastic global team (Infrastructure support, Application development and support team).

Technical Experience:

• Years of Experience: 15+ years

• Domain experience: Application Development Management and IT Infrastructure Services specializing in Digital workplace services

• Expertise in the following in the infrastructure space:

o Run a large Support team of Service Desk Engineers

o Service Management Process & Practice – ITIL/ISO 20000

o Service Level Management & Experience Level Management

o Continuous Service Improvement Planning & Execution

Program Management and Delivery management experience in driving an application development and support program (multiple projects) will be an added advantage.

Work with project team’s leaders to assess their current need, align with their business needs, develop innovative solutions to ensure seamless project delivery output.

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques

• Project/Program planning, governance, monitoring and reporting

• Risk Management

• Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures

• Excellent communication skills


Responsibilities:

• Daily program management throughout the program life cycle, Defining the program governance

• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress, Manage engagement teams in support of the delivery of projects across our services in infrastructure and development projects.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development

• Managing the program’s budget, Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements

• Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies, Managing and utilizing resources across projects

• Managing stakeholders’ communication across level and leadership teams.


Additional Requirement:

· Ability to engage with CXOs and Senior Customer Leaders

· Very strong communication skills, ability to lead and influence discussions towards desired outcomes

· Team player with ability to collaborate and direct multidisciplinary teams

· Hands-on coding and code review ability ( as needed)

Education Qualification:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
