IT Project Manager

Job purpose: IT Project Manager works directly with the Project Leader, Business Partner or PMO Senior Director to deliver projects and programs on time and budget while assisting and abiding by the Customer PMO methodologies and procedures.

Job duties and responsibilities:

o Lead, support and escalate projects with quality and in a timely manner.

o Budgeting.

o Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication.

o Develop and maintain project management plans that align with portfolio objectives.

o Management of Project Teams, and all deliverables on medium to large projects or programs.

o Management of technical implementation (i.e. development, testing etc.).

o Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure that project requirements are understood and implemented meeting business quality standards.

o Service transition: to ensure smooth handover between project and LCM team.

Experience & Education:

o 5-8 years in an IT, Pharma or Lab Sciences environment.

o Experience & knowledge of multiple project methodologies and able to blend them if needed.

o Batchelors Degree and PMP preferred but not required
